Pianist Satoshi Sugiyama’s presence is truly remarkable. While rooted in traditional jazz, he demonstrates a high level of versatility, skillfully adapting to various modern genres and rhythms. Not limited to the piano, he also masters instruments like keyboards and vocoders, seamlessly incorporating new elements into his sound. As a leader, he stands out for offering well-considered advice and expressing his musical vision with clarity. Above all, he has the talent to present everything as compelling entertainment.
